“I feel like people should be free within themselves. They don't have to feel like everything has to be perfect because life is not perfect. That's my advice for everyone. Stop thinking about what others think of you. It's a waste of time and energy. You only live on Earth once. Why would you want to waste your time trying to please everybody else? Just be yourself. If people don't like who you are, there's the door. There are billions of people on Earth, so why worry about the few who try to affect our lives? Just be yourself.”

Thank goodness. Turning 50 means I can fully be myself again. I'll always be a mom, but it's a different role. I'm looking forward to rediscovering myself. Now that I'm a bit older, I'm ready to embrace the change. Life is short, and I'm eagerly anticipating what my 50s will bring. From 50 to 70 to 80, it's an exciting journey that my husband and I will embark on together." - Kristin
